I finally got enough guts to weigh myself since I started my diet. I hope I can keeping this going! Down 5 lbs!
217.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1059 kcal Fat: 45.88g | Prot: 45.39g | Carb: 64.09g.   Breakfast: Raspberries, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Jell-O Sugar Free Cherry, Master Choice Garlic Croutons, Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Avocados, Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese, Great Value Romaine Lettuce. Dinner: Chocolate Chips, Trader Joe's Diced Onions, Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kraft Finely Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, Kroger Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins, Mixed Salad Greens, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine. Snacks/Other: Kozy Shack Tapioca Pudding, Pickled Egg. more...
