I know it's only one pond but it's a pound less, tried quite hard since last weigh in and still battling demons in the form of a voracious appetite at all times. Tried having a large drink of water before my one main meal a day and that has helped me with my main problem portion control.

To all who read this keep battling and a pond off is a pound nearer your goal.

Way to go! Just keep on doing what you know to do to make the pounds go away...I keep telling myself they didnt get there in one day or one week or one month so they will take a while to go away.

It's not "only" one pound, it's ONE POUND GONE!!!! It's amazing how they add up! Keep on keepin' on!
