Breakfast at lunch, (y'all know what it is, haha!) so a mini 16 hrs fast (I eat late suppers). Its a happy day and I hope everyone's day is going great!
143.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I usually have breakfast for lunch as I don't eat breakfast. LOL.

Ive been known to make breakfast for supper when the kids were all at home! Pancakes or waffles, eggs, bacon, home fries. YUM. lol

Nah, not intentionally. I just happened to have a busy morning and didnt eat til late. But gee, wonder if that would help. hmm

I guess they could mesh , right? Either do 16/8 on the '5' days. OR on the two days, only eat during certain times. I try to only eat one meal on my '2' days. Is that how you do it? OR lots of tiny meals?

If you're only eating 1 meal on your 2 days, youre pretty much doing both now. I usually eat 3 small low cal mini *meals* on my 2 days. It keeps me from snacking poorly.

The snacking is what gets me. Did you know just #looking# at a box of Cheezits is 50 caloires! ( lol ) . Unfortunately I don't possess your willpower.

Same. Boredom. Stress. Just bc it's there. Mostly peanut butter. Or cookies. I try to not buy them or make them. 😂
