I am slowly seeing some success in both my attack on the weeds in my gardens and in my weightloss!
177.5 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I'm glad to hear that, Nadja! I was for a week away, no weight gain whatsoever. My garden turned into a Jungle! I had to work really hard for half a day to clean up the overgrowth and bring most of it into something pleasant to the eyes:))) It's hot and humid 🥵, I have to hydrate...
