Let's hope I'm building muscle and not putting on more fat. - difficult to get away from my body's set weight - but I have stepped up the exercise to rebuild muscles
142.9 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
