Well, well. I am glad I had a perfect Monday thru Thursday because my birthday weekend celebration was a total destruction of diet and exercise! I did absolutely no exercise and ate and drank absolutely anything people put in front of me. Almost a 7 pound gain. :(
The good news. Birthdays come once a year, even though with every passing year, it seems like they come a few weeks earlier every year! Lol.
So it's back on the horse today. I am really hoping much of this is water weight.
