I'm stuck at 200. But at least it is not an increase. I have some ideas about the root causes. Overall I am not disappointed. I'm really not too concerned with dropping anymore weight. However, I do want to make sure I understand why I didn't when I thought I was going to. I will play around a little this week to try and confirm my suspicions.
