Forced myself to weigh in today. I was surprised to see I am still at 209 and that I had not in fact, gained more weight. So that makes me pretty pleased. Not as happy as if I were back to 208, but still happier than if I was back to 214 which is what I was expecting.

209.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

nice when the scale helps us realize even thou we have fallen we havent fallen as far as our brain likes to trick us into thinking we have gone. It wont be long before you are at 207 and going down down down
