Holy Moly SuperWoman. Wow - what a loss. I hope it was all healthy for you. Amazing. Teach me what you are doing and I'm on it right away. I am carb counting (no more than twenty carbs per day). Whatever you are doing is mah-velous. Congrats on your success. Gives us all a positive boost by your success.

@storms thank you very much @zenus the results are pretty good but that does not make me awesome . To lose 123 pounds you have to be really big to begin with. @jb well since I am close to my anniversary I asked my wife to look for some before pictures. After digging through every photo she has there really aren’t any. I’ll probably post my drivers license picture.

Have to agree with you, Russell, in that I don’t believe losing x pounds is anything to brag about. Hitting and maintaining a healthy weight for my height is, along with a great waist measurement and stellar lab work and no medications.
