Sunday weigh in time!! actual weight today is 126.4, with my weekly avg. being 125.6. not up to par this week, cold temps, only walking inside, but just feeling down more than usual, not quite eating enough , but had blood work done and all looks great. almost 2 months into the yr, and keeping weight within my limits so I'm happy with that!!
