Finally! A downward shift to my weight loss journey 🥵 I have been very disheartened over the past few weeks watching my efforts in vain as my weight has lingered around the same number, through this I have somehow managed to stay focused and stick to my calorie deficit, at last a difference on the scales 🤣
I have an ongoing injury with my back and suffer from chronic pain but usually still manage to get some type of movement in, unfortunately recently my injury has deteriorated/moved and is triggering such bad nerve pain down my left side that I am literally struggling to just remain on my feet (not that I can get any relief in any other position!) I do usually have nerve pain to some degree but this is beyond manageable and has resulted in me being completely inactive 😭 Not ideal when embarking on a weight loss journey!
I will be having treatment on Monday that hopefully will result in some improvement 🤞🏻🤞🏻 and get me up & moving!

I'm sorry that you have so much debilitating pain... Well done for sticking to what you CAN do and glad it's starting to pay off... The stats say weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise... If it's any encouragement to you, I lost over 35kg from just diet changes, so hang in there 💪 Hope your treatment goes well...

Thank you so much for your words of encouragement and you are definitely inspirational, hopefully I can take a page from your book and keep plodding along! The journey this time seems vastly different to anything I have tried in the past, I definitely seem to be approaching this with a newfound mindset! Also, this app is amazing and really helps make things easier :) Not to mention the wonderful community of amazing people that are so supportive (such as yourself ☺️) and that are accomplishing such fabulous results! ❤️💕

It is so great to see you continue on this journey with all your pain not to mention the stagnant results. Sometimes it feels like throwing the towel but you are sticking on and now seeing results. I like that you mentioned the new found mindset. That is the biggest contributor for my weight loss. Wish you the best of luck for Monday.🫶🫶🫶

It's hard enough losing weight even without a back problem added. You are doing well if you lose any weight. Good luck
