So I'm down 1.2 pounds! Thank goodness!
I was a bit concerned because the DH and I walked 7K in the heat yesterday, and I'm a bit sore today... definitely a VERY low impact exercise day today!
I'm gonna have to think about what my goals are for this week...

Thanks All! I'm just happy the scale is moving again! I think today is just a little time on the elliptical since I have time. I'm not as sore as I was when I woke up, so I may as well keep moving while I feel good!

Thanks Kat! I was really worried it was going to be a plateau... at my size, I can't imagine my body would actually Plateau! "Plateau" is like a swear word to me! :)

Oh it will happen from time to time. I lost count a while back. Since we have so much to lose we need to accept that it's going to be a part of the process. The good news about all plateaus is that as long as we keep working at it, they eventually end & we're back in business. Also note that not seeing a lower number on the scale does not necessarily mean plateau either...during my most recent one it was I think 3 weeks before I saw a lower number, but in the middle of it I noticed my clothes all fitting looser so I had to buy new ones. I tend to go by the Atkins book's definition of what a true plateau is, when the scale doesn't drop for 4 weeks or more AND your measurements don't change for the better during that time.
