I did 5,314 steps today! Plus I started with my personal trainer today at GoodLife fitness and I did dumb bells, aerobic exercises, and cycling with the trainer!! 😁 Then I did elliptical and treadmill on my own and spent two and a half hours at the gym today!! 😮
