WOW, it's been a long time since I've been here. Had such a busy summer and now that fall is here again, I'm feeling the need to do something so I can keep the weight down. Fall, Winter, and Spring is such a long haul and can get very depressing. So with this approaching, I know the pounds will start adding up again. YUCK. Hopefully, I can do something to keep focused on what is best for me. Being a carb addict is HORRIBLE.
