Also NSV: Noticed some of my t-shirts are fitting more loosely.

Have habits of eating to meal plan 6days/week (free day Saturdays) and doing strength training 3days/week MWF firmly embedded.
268.4 lb Lost so far: 62.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.3 lb a week
