I’m feeling a lot better on the covid front but I have minimal taste and smell at the moment, and it has a noticeable effect on my appetite. I’m eating lots of fresh healthy food to support my recovery but it’s not particularly appealing. On the other hand I’m not remotely tempted by any of the usual overeating trigger foods so silver linings and all that lol!
