Having company definately throws me off my game plan. Gained weight but I am hoping it is a "temporary" gain and water retention. I'll know more tomorrow. I can have big fluctuations so will wait and see.
the plan to not eat after 9pm died this week with company, playing cards and staying up late in a party state of mind.
I need to stay focused and work on my lifetime eating plan. I do NOT want to be the fat old lady in a nursing home.

I hope it's just a fluct up...water, water, water....someone said if you exercise and drink plenty of water within a few days of an "eating event" it can avoid a long term gain.
I've been trying for the 9PM cut-off and making it about half the time.

I find company really tough. My family is out of town and we love eating, a few drinks, and playing games. I'm not doing well either with the eating late. Last night it was well after 9pm when I had supper. It makes it really tough to do the cut-off. I'm going to try supper by 7 and 9 cut-off. Also, I did not do the brush your teeth once. Making the cut-off half the time sounds pretty amazing to me.
