WS Diet Day 8 - Results for week 1 a loss of 5.6 lbs. Yay!! I am very happy with that. Now for the real challenge. It is always easier when you see those bigger numbers, but now I expect to only see around a pound a week. I know that is good. It can just seem sooooooo slow. That's okay, though. I am feeling good about this! 💜
