just realised my start weight was 165 not 167, i'm still pretty average at doing the pounds thing as i am a kilo girl. well i'm feeling positive, spent hours looking into low carb when pregnant and living on meat, salads and dairy is pretty good for you as long as you eat fruit, which i'll do with lots of berries in a protein shake and some more as snacks. Some people freak out when you mention the word diet when pregnant. but the word diet to me means 'healthy eating plan' and i freak out when i see pregnant people smoking eating mc donalds.
