WS diet Day 6 - I actually expected to see the scale go up a bit today. My husband treated me to Texas Roadhouse for lunch. 💜 I still counted calories and chose the sweet potato over the baked potato with butter and sour cream and had green beans on the side. I don't know why I hadn't made those choices before. not only were they more nutritious, but way tasty! turns out I love sweet potatoes and never knew 🤣
Last night I watched TV with my youngest son and he made us popcorn and butter. how could I decline? LOL. Now I am all pumped and ready for the start of a new week and expecting hard work and great results.
148.6 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
