WS Diet Day 5 - now for the real weight loss. not just the first 5lb in water weight. wish I had ordered a lot more bars and a lot less shakes. I HATE drinking calories. it always make me feel hungry.
148.8 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm not sure what program you are on. But would you be allowed to turn those shakes into sugar free Jello pudding cups? Or use them as the liquid in 'overnight oats"? Just a thought.

I like the idea of the liquid in an over night oats. I will have to try that. They do make pudding cups if less water is used, so I have done that every time so far.

I ordered food off of DietDirect.com. Most of the food I ordered happens to be the brand WonderSlim, so I have dubbed this my WonderSlim Diet for record purposes. 🤷‍♀️

I'm with you and have the same experience with drinking calories vs eating them. The oats may help -- not only is the fiber filling, but they're one of the higher protein grains. I always found oats to be a "stick to the ribs " food. I do more of a whole foods emphasis, and I've found the fiber keeps me really full. Remember, the ultimate goal is to find a way not just to lose, but to also sustain the loss
