Winderslim Diet Day 1- I lost 15lbs about 5 months ago. I've been able to keep it off with very little effort, but haven't been able to loose the next 15lb. I finally decided to just get it done. I'm actually against dieting itself. I have a lot of reasons, but I won't go into that right now. however, I want this weight off and I am 100% confident I will be able to keep it off once it is gone, so I have decided to make an acception. I have ordered food from Diet Direct and will be starting today. I know it will not be fun or easy, but it will be worth it! wish me luck!
