Just got back from camping long weekend. Didn't watch ANYTHING I ate. I'd like to keep saying. "Here's to a new month and new encouragement to lose weight!" but then I never follow through.
So, all I can do is try my best and eat well and work out when I can... hopefully that will have more success...
