Today is one month since I began to achieve my goals. I has lost 4kg, may be it isn't a lot but I'm so happy ☺️💪💃 Thank you everyone🤗
120.4 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
