temen-temen BB nya 70ankg tapi gak kelihatan gemuk tapi mengapa aku amat terlihat gemuk sekali yaa?? syedihhhhh😭 it's ok, yg penting fokus olahraga dan atur makan. Mau badan masih gemuk atau ndak ntr aja hehe
155.6 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
