Day 43 Another poor diet day but no weight change.. I managed four hours in the garden tidying up some hedges and moving a lot of foliage.
Rain is forecast today however it's just a little overcast at the moment. More gardening is planned mostly heavy lifting - I have several large piles of logs that need moving to the front then a large compost heap that needs sorting out.
Tomorrow we are going out to a Carhays garden in Cornwall to meet some friends.
