Well, after I said I was getting back on track, I was sick the next day. Had severe case of strep throat, a fever and ear infection. So needless to say my workouts have been non existant because i've had no energy and trouble breathing. Was living on different forms of chicken soup for days. Managed to record a loss though.
151.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
