I've been training for a half marathon and doing a lot of speed work...using my bodybugg off and on for motivation and trying to eat less starchy carbs. Here's hoping I can lose the LAST five before my birthday on April 16th!
142.7 lb Lost so far: 65.3 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
