weight up and measurements mostly the same but some changes.... not logging my food well but I am watching it, (this week drank wine during the week almost everyday pretty much 2 glasses a night to celebrate my wedding anniversary, visit with my mom +++ ). it's then only thing that I do outside the healthy stuff... but back to normal starting Monday I guess....
chest 40.5 ---> same upper belly 34 ---> down lower belly 40 --> same hips 41.5 ---> down thigh 23 --> same calf 13.5 --> same arm 12 --> same
