Sometimes we’re are biggest critiques. Today I hopped on the scale and realized I lost 8 pounds since my last weigh in. Ironically last night I was beating myself up for gaining weight since I do see a few places that are bigger than they once were. We are so much more than our bodies and I’m beyond grateful mine takes me where I need it to and is healthy. I’m not where I want to be but I’m not where I was either. Here’s to bigger changes and better to come ❤️
