have had a couple bad days ,I have medical problems that prevents me from working out like I should, but I try to ride my stationary bike for 25-30 mins.a day and the past 2 days I haven't been able to ride or even hardly move .Tomorrow is a new day. I am celiac so if anyone has recipes that are gluten free, I would appreciate if u could share them with .
293.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Dancingnanna, do you take pain medication? My doctor told me to take over the counter Acetaminophen for pain about 30-60 minutes before I walk. I usually do that. Have you been to the celiac.com website? On the left side, you can click on the link called Gluten-Free Recipes.
