weight one kg heavier than last weigh in. have been remaining pretty consistent with eating though have had a couple cheat meals. just Cutting out the wine will likely get me back on track!
249.1 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
