Day 97 • Alhamdulillah sebelum puasa kemarin makan apa aja pokoknya makanan yang gak bisa dimakan selama 3bulan Defisit Kalori. Hari ini nimbang dan masih stay in mulai back on track saat puasa. Mau mulai workout tipis2 sore ini, biar kembaliin massa otot yang kemarin hilang. Bismillah dilancarkan menuju goals☺
