Feel great. Had a very good cardio work out today. I ate pretty well this week. My boyfriend said he noticed I'm losing weight.. Even more important, I feel great. My arms are getting a little thinner, my stomach a tiny bit tighter.

In terms of physical fitness, I felt some pain in my left knee when doing lunges last week. Squats seem to be fine. My arms hurt a lot from the upper body strength training - which is odd, because the weights I used were pretty light.

Cardio endurance is improving.

I'm a little disappointed that I haven't broken into the 170s yet, but I know that making a big life style change takes time, and it will take me a bit more time to make the shift to making even better choices about what I'm eating. There's definitely room for improvement.
