SPRING CUT - DAY 28 39 Hours Fasted
And thus progress slows....
Got 85% of the weekly food prep done yesterday and overnight. Grilled up 7# of thighs that have been marinating all week. Prebaked a quiche shell for pop's self serve and threw a pork shoulder on the smoker. Put in a grocery order. Took a nap, back up at 5 and then worked with #2 son until 11 upgrading his room for better productivity. He's been on his grind and it's really nice to help him invest in a better work space. Passed out wiped out. No insomnia. Smoker alarm went off around 2 am. Tended the pig and went right back to sleep. Little groggy today, but pleased with the progress.
Refeeding at family dinner tomorrow. Sushi feast. I'm psyched. It's been a minute.
