15 lost so far!!!!! I wrote few weeks ago that I had my first big cheat. I was afraid that I would go back to where I was by lack of motivation, I was happily wrong!!
171.0 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 February 2021:
1408 kcal Fat: 56.99g | Prot: 64.75g | Carb: 167.07g.   Breakfast: Lactantia Salted Butter, Bananas , IGA Bagel Multigrain. Lunch: No Name Canola Oil, White Rice, Baked or Broiled Salmon. Dinner: Compliments Mozzarella Cheese, Homemade-Style Spaghetti Sauce with Beef or Meat, Spaghetti (Without Added Salt, Enriched, Cooked) . more...

A big cheat after intense calorie reduction is a kind of good jolt to reset, I find.
