Day 23 • Kemarin abis makan rendang tanpa minyak & ayam geprek full cabe beserta minyak2nya karena sejak back on track gak pernah makan yg super pedas😂 Alhamdulillah pagi ini nimbang malah turun, akhirnya bisa balik ke bb ideal😊
