pertama liat fs aq ga percaya.. dgn diet santai makan lima kali sehari plus nyemil bb bs turun.. tp setelah aq jalanin Alhamdulilah ternyata dgn defkal plus olahraga bb bs turun. ga perlu minum obat diet yg mahal mahal.😁😁
132.1 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
