For the back story...The weight went up to 209.8 and after one whole day of dirty fasting... we have 206. Why am I finally getting on the wagon (prays she can stay on it) 1. my wedding rings are too small. 2. I REFUSE TO BUY FAT CLOTHES. 3. Just found out that Unique vintage store is in Burbank and totally doo-able. We are going this weekend. I will find something FABULOUS { or at least drool worthy for hubby} and get one size too small. Dirty fasting you ask?... Coffee with heavy cream, and the occasional Korean coffee when I feel like I'm hungry. chicken broth. so liquids only. Korean coffee. Strong coffee egg yolk with protein string removed. 1 tbs sugar free flavor syrup, pinch of keto salt mix zip it up in the ninja presto.... yumm.
