Not the greatest weigh-in in the world. I've seemed to have gained about .2-.4 pounds per week! Ugh. Added up, and it's about 1.5-2 pounds in a month, so I have some work cut out for myself.
The plan is still the same, Cardio-S and Coer Synergistics for the rest of the month. Ambitiously, I would like to get in 2 a day on my days off. I've also found this great deal -
fabulous deal - which I think I am going to totally take advantage of since I have so much time off this month. I'll make the final decision today. I could do one of their workouts, then a P90X workout to compliment each other. But I want to be realistic, too and not pay for it if I am not really going to be able to use it all. Although, at $39 for 18 workouts, who could go wrong?
Well, need to get my a.m. workout in now so I can started with my day. Make it a great one!
