I am discovering some great dupes...tried swoodles (swede noodles) today, used as a replacement for my wholewheat spaghetti. With my Bolognese my fussy 6 year old could not tell the difference and we enjoyed it too! Also bought some coconut flour and made some low carb chocolate chip cookies to give me a sweet fix. have done the job. I am a happy bunny today!
150.6 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
