I FINALLY BROKE THAT PLATEAU! Even if it's only by like .4 lbs, it was awesome to see 232 on the scale (even though it was 232.8)

Hooray :) I know I had the goal of 230 by the 20th, but that's only two days away. I don't know if I can achieve it, but that's alright because I'm trying :)
232.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 72.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Exactly! It is not the end result but the journey that matters. You are taking charge of your eating and weight, and that is very important. The rest is just numbers on a scale. You WILL get to your goals if you keep doing what you are doing, so be proud of this success.

I love that you read and comment on my journals, it keeps me so motivated. I also don't have a final "goal weight" because it will all come down to how I feel. I just want to be healthy.
