WO nya cm seminggu 2x,, sabtu sama minggu.. Hit cardio doang 30-45 menit,,Bisa liat di youtube Hit Cardio Tapi senin smpe jumat stiap pulang kantor.. Suka jalan kaki nympe Supermarket yg jarak nya kira2 sekilo dari kantor.. Hehe
