I may have gone a little too far with the calorie reduction and the cardio. This is a little too light and it a funny how 4 lbs makes a difference in my physique...from looking fit to skinny. I like myself at 176. Thats 10lbs more than qhen I was 20...40 years ago!🤯🤯🤯
