Okay, so I cheated yesterday and went to Chic-fil-a and ate some waffle fries... they were sooo Good! So today I'm back on Track and ready to lose more! going to make those Yummy Cheesecake Pancakes for breakfast or maybe the fake French Toast? Either way, I've go the Carbs under control again!
