K, bad weekend (decorated a cake for my friend's little boy's birthday. Lots-a frosting :) ) Time to get back on track, my goal is 125 by Sunday.
129.8 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
