Man, this is such an emotional journey. I think about food all the time. I hate it! I'm making progress but it is a lot of work y'all. Don't be fooled into thinking that it can't happen. Don't give up, we really are in this together whether it's 10 pounds or 100 pounds. Stop comparing yourself to other people. Find what works for you and stick with it. You're worth the investment!
