berat badan naik lagi setelah sakit tipes 3 mingguan.. semoga lekas turun lagi yaa... oh iya bagi tips olahraga saat haid dong kk cantik
160.9 lb Lost so far: 72.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
