This is what happens after three days of eating (and drinking) freely with two days no exercising. Up until Thursday I was heading for a drop. However I have had a lovely few days with my boyfriend and it was a great change of pace. Back on it today with a nice long walk and weighing/recording before I eat. Need to get back on track by Friday when I'll eat freely again for my birthday weekend. This may seem counterproductive but with no option to see family or friends we are going to celebrate with my favourite foods (in moderation). Hope you're all staying safe and looking after all areas of your health the best you can.

Its fine to break the diet occasionally, especially when spending time with others and trying to have a nice time, what's important is going back in the diet afterwards x
