:( I hate it when I feel like I've done good, but theres nothing to show for it. I watched my family eat Pizza Hut last night while I had Oat Meal, and I didn't lose an oz.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
